Our Story

Honest Town Eats was founded by Dan Attella, Jes Labrecque and Chef Michael Arrastia in 2022.

Opening a new restaurant in an old town is more than just business as usual. It's a symbol of hope, a beacon of light in a community that may have been overlooked. Its an investment into preserving the past, while embracing the future. By landing in this town, we are investing in the people who live here, the families who call it home, and the potential of what it can become.

Our restaurant offers not only delicious food but also a gathering place for the community to come together, share stories, and create new memories. We believe in the power of food to bring people together, to nourish not just our bodies but also our spirits. Through this restaurant, we hope to inspire others to invest in the potential of their own communities and to see the beauty that lies within.
