Honest Town Eats, founded in 2022 by Dan Attella and Jes Labrecque, is more than just a restaurant — it’s a symbol of investment in the community of Southbridge, Massachusetts. Everything inside is custom built by the owners two hands with intention and purpose.

Our name is rooted in history: when the first European settlers arrived in this area in the early 18th century, they incorporated the town in 1816 as “Honest Town.” In 1820 it was renamed Southbridge, but the spirit of that name lives on in everything we do.

We are a Chef-Driven Kitchen & Craft Cocktail Bar with global infusion — a place where ramen bowls sit next to smash burgers, where kimchi grilled cheese and pork belly Reubens share a menu with Mussels Sofrito and Baked haddock. Our craft cocktail program is led by our master mixologist and features handcrafted signatures you won’t find anywhere else in Central Massachusetts.

We serve lunch and dinner Monday, Wednesday through Saturday, and brunch on weekends. Our weekend brunch has become a destination for guests from Southbridge, Sturbridge, Webster, Dudley, Charlton, and Woodstock CT — featuring dishes like our legendary Brunch Ramen, Raspberry Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast, and HTE Brunch Burger.
